I requested a couple of Apostilles, which should have been delivered within 2 weeks after that. Four weeks later I contacted them and was told I should wait some more as they were backed up. Six weeks later I called again and was told that my documents had been sent out on week three but "unfortunately" they had written the wrong delivery address on the mail sent out and my official documents got lost. Beware, their services are "unfortunately" incompetent, at your loss. Update: I received the documents 11 weeks later, both my name and my address were spelled wrong…

Requests are processed on a first come, first served basis. The wait time is typically 30-60 minutes. (Cited from the official SOS Website)
My understanding is you don't get results back unless they are negative. I've never received anything back from a Live Scan other than notice from the requesting agency (licensing or employer) that they've moved forward.
I just had my documents apostille last feb 2022 tbey dont notarize. You need to go to office max or depot nearby or give it to them notarized already. The $6 is not for notary its a fee.
Hello Diana, Yes they are. We filled up the necessary Apostille request form at the lobby, included all forms, and payment into a provided large envelope, then into a drop-off box. An hour later we were notified to pick up the completed Apostille, between the times of 2 - 2:30pm.

There is an approximate processing time in the Website. Last time I checked it was 1 month for the mail in and 1 week if you pick it up.

I have been waiting 10 days and they can't tell you anything on the phone. I dropped it off 10 days ago with a FedEx label and I have been tracking it and it hasn't been set yet

They have a drop off box in the lobby for apostille. You need to fill out a cover sheet, available from their website, a self addressed envelope and your document along with check or money order for $26.00. They will mail your apostille document back to you.
No..just fill out apostille coversheets and include check or money order for processing and put in their envelope and drop in the drop box..turn around time is about 1 to 2 business days
