102 Minutes on hold and I have not been able to speak to anyone regarding renewal of my license. There was a prompt saying 60 minute wait at the beginning of my call and after 102 minute wait the prompt no longer even says the time. How are prospective agents supposed to get information that cannot be found on the web site.

I filed a complaint with Joseph Gonzalez against a realtor @ river valley management close to a year ago a still have not heard back. What is the point of having this department if it’s not if it doesn’t take it’s complaint’s seriously.

The DRE is THE WORST> I sent in my renewal forms in by mail in February because when you are over 70 you can renew without the education requirements. I have been licensed for 40 years. The e-licensing is not available to seniors like me and you must renew by mail. After 2 months I called and waited 2 hours and 7 minutes on hold. Finally told to fax in information which I did to a Ms. Strange. NOTHING!!! I am usually very calm but I am sick of paying taxes and having this sort of response to requests. This COMMISSIONER NEEDS TO GO!!!!

The lender fail to return my down payment. They claimed it was fed to me over three months ago. My loan was denied, documents were not submitted.
You should contact the department directly regarding this issue as I do not believe they read these public comments and cannot respond here.

Your best bet is to bring all your documents and your wife along with you and talk to Licensing.

Call 8773734542, ask for Licensing, they have all the answers:)
You must have a resident Mgr in Calif if more than 16 units.
It depends. You can file an online complaint with the Department, and/or contact your local association of realtors.
You have to call the Department. Ask for Licensing section. They will review your records and let you know.
You have one year to apply for the license after you pass thr exam. Since it has been five years since you passed the exam, you have to take the prelicensing courses again and apply to take the exam again.
