I came here back in 2020 pre-pandemic to file a case against my ex employer who didn’t pay me, flash forward like a year and a half later and they finally got to me and they wanted to know dates and detail which I had already previously submitted and I could not answer on the spot while on the phone and working. They are truly the most worthless bunch of people and they pretty much thew my case out in less then a few minutes while speaking on the phone when they took almost 2 years to respond. I am so disappointed in the system and especially this trash organization that is meant to help the common Joe but are as useless as a white crayon.

My last paycheck wasn't paid to me at my job, but after two months. I had two bounced checks two. So my employer had to pay a penalty for all this. The people at this office just kept sending me the same papers to sign year after year. By the fourth year I stopped. They won't do anything my friend.

Very rude service. Talked over my fiancé trying to explain his situation, told him to “calm down” and refused to give her name and hung up immediately. She also complained about how she has to work 14hr days 7 days a week. Horrible service!!! Review the phone calls from today around 1:45pm because she needs to go!

Part 3 (Final) These two operate under the umbrella of the patriarch, Steele Lanphiers (#146163). I have no idea how they all met up but Steele Lanphiers is the only Attorney with an active license to practice, however, he has also been had his license suspended as late as 2014. Found guilty of commingling of funds and writing 16 bad checks. Unfortunately, the CA Bar gives these people many chances to keep their license. It's the only way they can sneak around and continue to rip people off by their less than ethical behavior. I'm extremely angered by the fact that this practice openly advertises on the radio, 101.5 FM. If I can steer one person from making a huge mistake then I can rest, but please folks, do some due diligence and investigate, before making a financial decision that could very well put you over the top. I'm going to petition this radio station next to quit advertising for these criminals. If you have made it this far, then I made an impact. I'm very sorry that you are going through this tremendously difficult time in your finances. My heart truly goes out to you. My sister could have saved herself a lot of sleepless nights by being better educated. You shouldn't beat yourself up. We have all been there. My sister just had her Chapt 7 completed this past week. I ended up filing it for her and I'm not an attorney, just a semi retired teacher. I live in Placerville, CA. I have to listen to that obnoxious advertisement each day on the radio. Such blatant false advertising. Bankruptcy is a very detailed process, and I learned as I went, and so can you.
