Please ask your doctor to not refer to David. I was referred here for my gerd, I was present for all my appoinments, but missed one endoscopy appoinment because I had a surprise test for my Anatomy and Physiology class in College. David told me next day as I went to reschedule that he will no longer see me. You never understand what someone is going thru and can't treat them like this for missing one appointment. My gerd is so severe I needed to get help asap, but here I am having to find anothe doctor now... Reply to your comment: I went to your office and rescheduled and the next day the doctor calls he that he won't see me cuz I missed an appointment. Why become a doctor, when you don't even care for people.

I seen the reviews and I am absolutely going report them to my health insurance provider so unprofessional and they need to be aware of how this office is handling reviews. I'm glad I asked for a new doctor, this place should be shut down

It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the clinic. It took me a month of calling daily for someone to answer the phone. It always just went to a mailbox, and I'd never get a call back. When I finally did get through we scheduled a phone appointment. Here I sit typing this half an hour after my appointment time wondering if they plan on calling. I've tried to call them. Either busy signal or voice mail. Edit: 50 minutes after my appointment time someone FINALLY answered the phone and told me I have 2 patients ahead of me. It's one thing to be 10-15 minutes late. Not an hour. If this office KNOWS it will be a long wait, which the receptionist told me they do know, they should simply schedule appointments further apart. My time is valuable. This is unexceptionable. I really didn't have much hope for this doctor in the first place. Reading how poorly he handles negative reviews, being so rude and unprofessional, told me a lot. Update: today I asked my Dr to send me to a different doctor. She informed me that this doctor had decided they won't see me anyway. It seems I hurt his ego with an honest review.
