They do not care about a person’s wellbeing. The walk in care is a joke. And they don’t pick up the calls so it’s honestly really hard to get anything done.

I liked how when my son was askin questions the man would answer them and not seem annoyed but more so to give knowledge to an inquiring mind. Took a star away cuz the set up sucks. Nobody at reception window to answer any questions when you walk in.
