Are the parks crowed at the end of Feb and are the rooms cheaper then?

They are crowded during Mardi gras also which they celebrate for a month I think. They are constantly doing things that draw crowds. I found the best day was Sunday. It had less people because of leaving and arrivals it was very nice time

The best time to go to avoid crowds is in January. But be mindful that the parks close earlier. I priced out trips for this year, and ended up going in January because the price was the best.
