Old and needed a lot of maintenance, needed to make space for new rides and attractions starting with Harry Potter
Hello, to old, I was not cost effective anymore due to new technology been applied to new rides.
From what I understand it was to make room for the Harry potter wizarding worlds. The Jaws ride must have taken up some of the room needed for Diagon Alley.
