My wife works there. We had to get extra tickets one time and AAA had bigger discount then employees. Florida Residence are not bad either. Honestly, an annual pass is not much more then a day ticket.

Either at some discount store or at a hotel that's affiliated with Universal
Get them at a hotel, or a discount store in Orlando.
