Not sure you need to call who you bought the tickets from and hope they will exchange them for the right ones good luck

Yeah they charged an admin fee.... i think anyway a friend made the same mistake
Not sure. There should be a customer service option on their website to help you with this issue. You will have to pick up your tickets at the ticket office which will take a bit more time to get in or you may be able to print off your ticket to an A4 size which i have seen this week.
