It varies, because they have rides that are built for children, adults, and families to share/experience together. They have an app that has a lot of ride info as well as the actual website. I highly recommend reviewing those for specifics so you and your family/group are not disappointed.
Different rides have different height requirements. Your best bet is to go to the Universal Studios website and look at the height requirements for the rides you're interested in.
