They need to close this site down, the workers are not doing their jobs, they don’t deliver packages instead do what they want and say the receiver request the package for pick up which is a lie don’t let the package be heavy they won’t deliver it!!!

Horrible service. I've been having the same problem. I took a day off work in order to get my package. No one showed up and the driver claimed that I requested that the package be held at the facility. Liars, lazy, and no customer service etiquette whatsoever. We need to write to our representative.

Same exact problem. They say they attempted delivery after you stay home all day and nobody even came. No effort made whatsoever. At least make the complaint at 800 number they probably track complaints for each facility

Everything you said is 100% correct. They don’t deliver at all. I also took the day off and no delivery. Please how do we shut the 180 canal place Bronx down?? They are Liar and Theives.

Ridiculous service. I remember my employee's check was supposed to be delivered and it was said that they needed an apartment. The crazy thing is it was going to a store so, they didn't want to bother attempting the delivery!!!!
