Just had an awful experience at the 42nd street location (near Tenth ave). Went in to return an Amazon package (had been going to WholeFoods on 42nd and Sixth for over a year but they no longer do returns). Anyway, I walked in with the label ready on phone and the guy at the register said “is this the original packaging”? I answered “yes” bc I honestly thought it was (i get multiple Amazon packages each week and this was an air fryer in a perfectly conditioned box so i didnt remember). He said, no it’s not the original packaging. (Then why did he ask if he already knew the answer- passive aggressive)? He said you have to put it in original shipping box and bring it back. I asked, is this a new policy bc I have been returning items to WholeFoods and before that Barnes & Noble on 34th street for years and have never been asked for the original shipping box? He copped a big attitude and said no, it’s been like that for years. I said no it has not and then told him about my previous experiences mentioned above. Do you know what this punk said to me? He said- “I love it when I’ve been working here for years and people come in and tell me how to do my job!” Um, what?! Who told you how to do your job? I was merely asking a question. Do you know he was still making snide comments and arguing with me as I was walking out!!!! Clearly, he hates his job and should try to find something that isn’t customer-facing.

Paid for overnight delivery. Received message, “On the Way. We’re sorry this package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination.“ 🤦🏻♀️Phoned, emailed, and chatted with several customer service representatives…none of them were able to provide info different from what is already in my tracking updates. I don’t see the point in UPS paying for a customer service workforce that isn’t able to communicate with local facilities or provide new info that isn’t already on the website. Fedex might be more expensive but it’s worth it to speak to someone who can actually help resolve time sensitive issues.

Same here I was given a interview and tour and I filled out all paperwork as a drivers helper and was told congrats you receive a email in 2 hours it’s now day 5 I haven’t received the email
