Pricy and unprofessional passport pictures turned out dark and orange. There’s no lightning equipment. Pictures came out dark, orangery and shiny 😞

I ordered from Amazon 16th of June. Was given from the 28th to July 7th to expect it. I check the date status 9n Amazon and seen the delivery date was adjusted to delivery date the 22nd of June. Called Amazon and was told contact FEDEX and give the tracking number. I spoke to 2 different FedEx locations which was familiar with the tracking number given by Amazon..they tracked the package down to a 11211 Brooklyn FedEx location. I called and was told the tracking number of both items I brought with MY credit card is not items I PURCHASED. She said the items went to the people who brought them, they received them and THEY ARE VERY HAPPY!!
