I have been using this location for a few years now. I have found the staff, which now includes Brian & Miguel, to very helpful, professional & polite. They have been very knowledgeable & answered all my questions in regards to shipping items & mailbox rental. I get timely email notices if I have packages & even can phone them if I have questions. I've also used their Notary on a few occasions. I know they will be moving across the street in August to a larger space. I'm sure their service will improve even more. I highly recommend this UPS location. (Also very easy to get to by subway- W18th street stop on #1 train at W18th & 7th Ave)

Yes, however you will recieve a no if you inquire over the phone as the notary is usually the only one working that day
