Have used the Penn location a few times They moved to 29 st. The place is cleaner & brighter.

Didn’t accept Amazon return; highly unprofessional staff Cheating at its worst. $5 to print label for Amazon return. When I bring my own box/envelope. They tell me $5 to forcefully buy a tape. I wonder if UPS is in cost cutting model and approaching bankruptcy to deploy such tactics.

The shop entrance is in a sitting area right next to lenwhich shop. Its between 33rd and 34th street. And between 7th and 8th avenue closer to 7th avenue.
