They charge $3.50 to print 1 page! They charge a fee of 3.00 to use the computer like it's so expensive, per 5mins, plus 45c for b&w page but only via USB and internet. They have NO wifi printing in 2022! It's like they are stuck back in the 2000s. Staples has like 20 options to print down the street and FedEx also has wifi printing but will do it for free. The credit machine goes out alot and they sent ppl away instead of waiting and trying to reset the system, a super simple thing any tech able child should Kno let alone workers. They also were no help at all. To top it off, they're guest wifi is locked! So a poor person without data wouldn't be able to send doc to email to use their overpriced printing anyway. Worst Ups store I've ever been to, hands down. Upgrade or go out of business!! I merely needed 2 medical pages printed so I can bring to the doctor but they wasted my time when I could of walked the other way to staples and pay 30cents a page via wifi. I got nothing done due to this poor excuse for a printing center. It def is not one. It's a glorified drop off and copy place, no modern printing.
