I was at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on the corner of W. 56th and 8th Avenue on Sunday afternoon and I have to give a shout out to Jermaine, a staff member at the location. He was so kind, patient and helpful to all the customers he was helping. Thank you Jermaine!!!
