The lady at the counter on Sunday, Sept 18 at 12:30p.m. was terse and unaccomodating with her service. If you are looking to print a label, do it yourself. And you can't pay with any other form of payment other than a credit card. Need packing tape just to tape a small box? That also comes out of your pocket for $6. Other UPS locations have accommodated this small request, but apparently "different locations have different rules". I am highly disappointed at the lack of customer service and the poor customer experience I had at this location.

Easy peasy- Went in today during my lunch break to drop off a pre-paid label package. The lady scanned it and said “have a good one”

this location won’t give receipts for pre-labeled parcels and also refuses to scan them, asking customers to leave items in a pile near the entry where anyone could come in off the street and steal it, or an unscrupulous employee could abscond with it. recommend walking instead to the Park Place location (previously located on Murray Street) where they do give receipts.

They provide notary and apostille services of international documents. No appointment is necessary and you can stop by during any of their posted operating hours
Hey Ephraim, We get multiple UPS pickups each day. Our last pickup is 7:30 M-TH and on Friday 5:30. Thanks Again -Tani UPS does not pickup on Sunday. So your package will show as if its in the store till after the last pickup on Monday at 7:30 PM.
