I don't work at ups so I have no idea. I've had the same issue many times in the past
Ever time I order something it switch the delivery from my house to an access point which doesn't exist. Then fri 12/22 I called to see if a package was ready I ordered next day delivery I called at 12 the said it will me ready at 1. I got off of work at 4 got there 430. They told i had to wait til tues no started to process it.
My guess is due to all the Descrepencies they need better yet smarter staff cause the staff Representatives and Drivers are not bright upon following Directions or Rules .
