You park on honeymoon island - there is a fee for that. Then you take the ferry to Caladesi - there is a fee for that as well. However, it's not horribly expensive, and it's very much worth it!
You can't drive to caladesi you have to ferry or boat there. Or walk there from the north end of Clearwater Beach but that might take a while. You park on honeymoon island and ferry over from there.
