How can I reach an actual person at the Tampa Airport desk??! I've tried every number and extension! I have a question and urgently need to speak with them directly. There is no way to reach them through the infuriating automated system.

I am in the same situation! I will never use Hertz again. No matter what number you call you are guaranteed to be directed to the website or stuck in an automated phone loop. Just go out of business already if this is the best level of service you can provide! We had a 12:00 reservation and got there and the place was closed!!!! Why let a customer book a 12:00 rental for Saturday when u close at noon on Saturday!!

I have a person dropping off a rental at TPA. Can I pick this person up at the Hertz rental site?
