While we mainly have dogs and cats, we do sometimes get in exotic animals. Your best bet is to look on our website to see what animals we currently have for adoption.

They have birds there. No cockatoos but regularly get parakeets and finches. When you go, you have to ask staff to take you to the "exotics" room you might even see a reptile, guinea pig, rabbit or ferret

I didn't see any birds, there. There are plenty of cats and dogs, though.

LV very rare for the animal shelter that have a cockatoo bird I've never seen any type of birds they're only animals I've ever scene are cats and dogs everything I can suggest is to go through the One ads and look on your animals people are selling cockatoos all the time I'm sure you can get one way under $6,000 depending on the age and how big it is but I'm sure you can find one under $6,000 yeah these birds live for a long long long time but yeah I was just a check the newspaper under animals and I'm sure someone selling one way under $6,000 but I can tell you now they're not going to have a cockatoo at the animal shelter probably be just a waste of your time
