Everyone is so sweet and my dog actually gets excited whenever we walk past! ❤️ the techs are all super knowledgeable and friendly especially with cookie. Last time they hung out with her up front until I came to pick her up because she was anxious! Also the pet health plan is a great deal

Good service but so expensive. Took my dog in and the did blood work, a urine analysis, and another test and the total visit was $600. They were however upfront with the charges and asked permission before running the rest.

Very professional and helpful personal, I received a cop of a wanted certificate in no time and without any problem. Thanks Banfield and keep up with the good work.

We have been clients of Banfield since 2019 and it has been a mixed bag. Last year we were impressed with the COVID protocols and aside from one cancellation because the vet was sick, we had no problems. We found the vets and staff to be communicative and thorough. Until today. After weeks of waiting for a routine check-up appointment, we arrived at our appointment time and called the number to alert the staff that we had arrived. We called 15 times, no one answered and the answering service said, "we are currently closed." Finally someone came out and told me that the phones were in fact, working -- I called on speaker in front of them to prove that the phones were not working. Finally, after waiting for 20 minutes in the heat, someone came out and to take my dog and said that it would be several hours (? - for a check-up) until pick-up because they were short-staffed. There was no way I was leaving my dog there -- if the check-in process did not inspire confidence -- it was doubtful the remaining experience would. Given that similar experiences have been on-going for several months based on the reviews here -- it seems that Banfield has made no effort to correct them. We will take our business elsewhere.

Hi Alix - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We suggest contacting your local Banfield to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
