Worst vet I’ve been in 20 years. Staff is rude, incompetent, does not know the procedures, is unable to do the services that they claim to provide, does not provide clear instructions even upon request and made me waste the entire day (and 150$ in transportation) for something that should have taken 1 hour max without the need of leaving the pet there. The pet came home traumatized and peed all over, as if it was mistreated. The doctor is very good and did her very best. Highly suggest to go somewhere else.

I cannot wait to cancel "care" with this joke of a veterinary facility. They do not care about the health of your pet. They are never available when your pet has an illness. You will wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment and end up taking your pet to urgent care. Save your money, and more importantly, save your pet's health and go anywhere else.

They never call back to see how my puppy responded to the shots or his overall health

Questions & Answers

Why is it they do not answer their phone? We have an emergency and can't make an appointment. We are trying to cancel and they won't answer their phone or have an answering machine. I hope they don't charge for not showing up. They need to answer.

I've noticed this happens from time to time. They usually pick up if you keep redialling. Also, they don't charge for not showing up.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 11, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 11, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 11, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 11, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
