It just started. You have to ask for it each time you schedule a trip.
How early is paratransit mobility phone lines open on Monday morning I'm sick if i get worse by tomorrow morning and i have to call to cancel my ride 2 hours before my pick up time so I don't lose a HALF POINT .is the call center open by 6:30 am
