Junior & Jimmy gave outstanding customer service when I needed a new battery just before they were to close. They swapped out the battery quickly & efficiently, thoroughly running diagnostics to verify the starter & alternator were not the fault. I recommend this great team!

Rolled in with a screw sticking out of my brand new tires. It was right on the edge of fixable. Vladimir gave it his best and successfully repaired the tire when he could have easily tried to sell me a new tire. These guys are honest and fast, they got me out of there super quick!

I have been going to this location for years. They have taken care of me for turning brake disks and recycling oil. Ever since the pandemic however, their services have dropped significantly. I went there yesterday to recycle some oil from changing the oil in my vehicle and I was told by the manager of the location- Chance that they no longer take oil from the public anymore. I accepted that at first until I opened the Utah Health Department's website. It clearly stated that this location is a collection site for the public for quantities much smaller than what I was bringing. I went back in and informed Chance that this location is listed as a place where people can do the right thing by recycling oil there and he said they don't have anyway of logging incoming oil. This "manager ", is clearly misinformed and Autozone has now earned a new customer with their good customer service. Good bye Pep Boys. Here is an update. They sent a form email saying that they will look into it, but nothing happens. Customer service is dead at Pep Boys.

Glens tires. Don't ever go to this pepboys. They will try to illegally hold your car hostage once they have your tire off.
I'm not sure honestly delivers. But there is a company call on site fleet Management
They tried to illegally hold me there and force me to buy a new tire when I went in for a plug on my tire. Go to glens tires.
DIY project... Very simple!
