I’m in town for business and my watch battery stopped. They always replace it at my home Macy’s so I came here. They don’t change batteries so I found a kiosk in the mall. Walking back to my car I noticed the second hand was no longer properly aligned and I could not remember the process to correct it. I stopped by the jewelry counter for assistance and explained that Bolova watches can be adjusted, but that I did not remember the process. Instead of them finding an answer and learning themselves to properly help future customers, they just told me to go look on YouTube. I do most of my shopping at Macy’s. I’m not sure why the service in the store is the way it is, but the three women in jewelry need to go work at the jewelry counter at Walmart.
