These guys are really great about text messaging and getting back to me. When I brought my car and they told me that it would be two hours for them to do the windows. I had an 8 AM appointment and at 12:30 PM I called and said why haven’t I heard from anybody and when can I come and get the car? They told me that they are trying to work it into the schedule… And that they had somebody call out. I sympathize with the predicament that the company was under but the considerate and professional thing to do would be to call your customer and let them know that one your car wasn’t even touched into it was going to be later than you had expected. I didn’t get my car until 3 PM. The window looks great but they left a mess in my backseat of cut tint that was their garbage. The other disappointing thing is when I picked up my vehicle they acted like it was no Thang and I shouldn’t have been upset that I had been inconvenienced by them. The only said sorry one time and that’s when I called them out that my car had yet to be even worked on. When you do inconvenience your customer you should thank them for their understanding and ask them if there’s anything that they can do… Even a simple acknowledgment makes people want to come back to your business. The tint was amazing but the service and experience left me raw.

I cannot recommend Envision highly enough. We have been clients of theirs for about 5 years and have had only positive experiences. The quality of their products and installation is truly the best around. I think what I appreciate the most is the level of customer service and respect that everyone gets at Envision. We have 2 very nice luxury cars- not supercars or exotics but we get treated with the upmost respect and every car that comes in gets taken care of like it belongs to royalty. I have worked with other shops and they are always quick to place blame or not warranty the work they have performed. In one small instance with an installation I brought this to the attention of Envision and they went completely out of their way to make it right. If you are looking at PPF, tint, wraps or even full-blown custom work, there is only one shop in the area to consider. Envision stands head and shoulders above the rest.
