For reference, I used to live in Eureka, CA- one of the poorest cities in CA, and occasionally ranked #1 in the state for crime. This laundromat is worse than any of the laundromats in that city. The owner is actually nice, but makes excuses for the downfall and terrible state of her facility: She blames the customers, the pandemic, and pretty much anything else she can and does not take personal responsibility for the dirtiness and lack of upkeep of the equipment. Currently as of today, nearly HALF of the machines in the building are non-functional. It's as if the owner has completely given up on the place.

Hands down worst laundromat I’ve been to. The lady with the glasses who I assume is the owner is extremely rude. Dryers barely work and washer tear up clothes. If you’re a local a drive to another laundromat is worth the trip Edit: I returned to this laundromat a month later. The owner is still rude and just kept making strange remarks to me. Also being super nosy about what I was doing. Not a good look when you’re making customers uncomfortable It sucks this is the only option unless you want to drive 20min for laundry
