Horrible experience! Groomer cut my dog with the clippers. Pretty bad cut! He was bleeding as well. I spoke with the manager and she apologized however there was no discount applied or any accommodations made due to my dog’s injury. I will not be returning to this place.

What a great experience! From the moment we walked into the shop the staff was attentive. They were so gentle and reassuring to Chase (my dog). When I picked Chase up I was so pleased with his cut (and the price). His cut has actually continued to look good as it grows out. It was our first visit but it will not be our last!

My dog has been coming here for a few years and they have not disappointed me. Angelo is her groomer and does such a great job with her. My dog does not like restraint, but Angelo and his colleagues have great techniques that work well with my dog. Bonnie's specializes in dogs who are not easy to handle. The entire staff from front desk, Minu (super friendly and professional) to the groomers are welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

First time visit and staff was cordial and responsive when reaching them by phone and in person. Nice shop and employees. Showed them a pic of my dogs for them to model their haircut after. They confirmed the small details and everything turned out really nice. Very pleased and we'll be back.

No that is not true. We suspended cat grooming for a time during the pandemic last year but have started grooming cats again. We schedule cat grooming appointments by phone at 202.548.0044.
The price for a multi-poo, under 12lbs would be $72.00 ($80 minus 10% first time discount). If the coat is very matted or the dog hasn’t been professionally groomed in more than 6 months the price could be more. The 10% discount is also good anytime you bring your dog back on our recommended schedule, which would be 4- 6 weeks for a multi-poo, depending on the kind of trim you request. Our price includes bath, blow dry, ears cleaned, haircut and scissor trim, nails trimmed and filed, spa facial, conditioning spray and bandanna. We do not hit you with "add-ons" or up charges at check-in. It is important to know what is included when requesting a price quote for grooming.
