Yes I believe that you can adopt a dog for about $100 but when you adopt an animal had a dog from the Humane Society they give the dog their shots they put a chip in him so if he ever gets out and gets lost and they pick him up or somebody turns them in don't know how to contact you and they always make sure the dog is spayed or neutered and you always get a lot for $100 I've adopted two cats from there I paid $80 for both some Rhymes and that was only because beyhadh a special going or she got one you could get another one for free so I adopted 2 my cat hunting reason I adopted him it's because he had been returned twice and he was getting ready to walk The Green Mile if you know what I mean well good luck and I hope you find the dog you looking for if you're going to get a dog please get one from the shelter because they only hold them for so long because of overcrowding until they're put down and they have all kinds of dogs to choose from anyway like I said good luck
