Was very disappointed with the burger i ordered not only was the fries cold but the burger looked like it was fried this am...not going to dubuque texas roadhouse again...

I give them a 5 star the food was excellent, the service great I have been going up there a few years know and each time I have been VERY happy.

Did you talk to management about your poor dinner? I can't believe they wouldn't have done something about. My hint to make sure fries are hot when I get them is to order them crispy.
