Arrived at 3pm no one greeted us.The 3 days we were there I never seen anypne at the desk and we were in and out at all different times of day and night.We had to use phone to call someone to check us in. Would not give us our AAA discount. That we were told would be getting on the phone when I made reservations 4 months earlier.Saying we had the cheapest rate at 205 a night but it was cheaper online when I looked earlier that day. We are also told that the pool is not open still a year later but last year we were allowed to go to the hotel next to to swim so we asked about that he said nope. Yes we stayed here a year ago at that time we had no issues that's why I booked the same place for this year. Up to the room we go first off the elevator is disgusting. The flooring is like they have laid carpet n top of carpet so it uneven all over creeking get to the room beds are hard. Wall plug in only 1 outlet works get up next morning to take shower I'll let the pictures tell that story. It's stuffy in our room go to turn on the unit on the wall nope you have to call someone to turn it on. There is other things like lamp shade broke only towels for 2 people for one night. Will never go back to this place please don't waist your money like I did.

We stayed there for a month and a half. It was overpriced to begin with but to make matters worse they raised prices on us while we were there and did not honor quoted prices when we paid by the week. The worst part is that we were then charged 2 weeks after we left for our last few nights at the hotel and it made my bank account go into the red. So I guess my stay at dubuque's "Quality" Inn was a bit more inn than quality. If you choose to stay here either use cash or watch your bank account VERY closely.

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was lagging. Manager named sonny has very poor people skills. I had an issue that he was aware of. I was overcharged. . I had to go to go to the desk 3 times to find him. I was told he would contact me but never did. I felt that should have been important to him. When I did find him, he was rude.. Jennifer at the desk was awesome as well as the other staff

Clean rooms. Quiet. Staff was cheerful and helpful. They had a small breakfast, not much to choose from. Eggs and sausage were a bit dry and crusty. Pool and hot tub are still out of service. Been over a year now.
