Do you get a student discount when you are not a citizen of the US, but you have a student card for an university in another country?

It should still work

If you are a current student, then it should he accepted.

If it's current then it's probably warranted

It lists "student" as ages 13-17 OR college ID. It does not say anything about which country it comes from.

If it is a valid institution then it will be accepted

It is only for residents for Monterey and that attend to that University.
