Why does it cost a lot a money

Parking wasn't expensive, & for what we saw, neither was the cost of entrance to the aquarium. But I suppose it is all relative to one's financial situation.

The cost was $49 per person (adult) when we visited at the end of December. That seems high if a family was buying tickets. Parking was meter parking and seemed reasonable. The aquarium was full of exhibits and experiences but if one visited often, a yearly membership might be the best value.
