My wife Chloe and many other passengers were significantly delayed and would have definitely missed their flight today from their 12 pm bus had they not de boarded and gotten a pricy Uber Apparently the driver was SUPER slow and not concerned about all the customers complaints about him taking an inordinate amount of time and told them to direct complaints to corporate. Well hi!!!! Here we are. We applied for a refund. Please remit payment back to us as this was wholly unacceptable to be THIS late because of a lack of focus and mindfulness of itinerary. I’m certain others missed their flights and I’m hoping this is super out of character for this business … do the right thing guys and for the record check my review record … not a whole lot of bad ones.

Driver at the SFO was extremely rude to my husband, because he thought he was a ride sharing driver. The driver surpassed us from the left, almost crashed and was calling us name. What kind of driver is that? No respect, no professionalism. I hope never have to be in anyway close to that person. You should definitely consider having better driver in San Francisco.

Great experience and my first one in this service I took the shuttle from San Jose CA to Monterey CA the new buses have USB charger and the driver offer you water bottle and a good ride. price is accesible compared with Uber.

The only way to get to SFO or SJC from the Monterey area! 12 different shuttle times and the option of a pick up from my home makes getting to the airport stress free. Getting picked up from the airport is easy too because the pick up location is right outside of baggage claim at each terminal and they can even take me right back to my home. Drivers are friendly and professional.
