Yes it is expensive. But is worth every penny imo. We went there for my baby, i enjoyed it as much!! Probably one of the best aquariums in the world
It's a tourist attraction, what do you expect?
If you think about the staff they need to run it, it doesn't seem expensive. In other countries aquarium's and zoo's are supported by tax payers money. In the US, people prefer lower taxes and instead want to decide themselves how they spend their money. Not a bad concept, but it makes it harder for poor people to afford an educational experience like this.
If you have more than 4 people going you can save by buying a family membership...and you wont have to wait in line ro get in. And it is tax deductible
Most of the hotels near by sell tickets at discounted rate.
Get a membership it is so worth it
It's an incredible facility that also helps the environment. In this case you get what you pay for. It's beautiful and an educational experience
You can save by bringing your own food and drinks. But it is a very unique experience.
Use a AAA membership or corporate discount code to save some money!
I think its the cost of living in the area. But its worth every penny. Might be cheaper to buy family membership. Not sure.
