thinking of buying a used 2019 stinger gt in california. does it have more smog choking devices on it than a car bought in nm or tx. i live in new mexico. thanks, Shawn

In my opinion smog devices help engines be more efficient by burning unburned gas.

that didn't answer my question. smog devices choke an engine of it's potential and lowers horsepower. more is never better unless your a greenie.
