I just received a SAFTY RECALL on my 2017 KIA SPORTAGE indicating that a malfunction may cause a FIRE. I called Consumer Assistance Center to ask why they are not paying for towing to and from the dealership to have the replacements doneThey refused

Nannie Stovall insured person . Driver is grand daughter. Got a 2015 Kia motors keeps shutting down .cannot drive . Will Kia pay for my towing ! My insurance company don’t want to cover any more towing . Do I need to join the class action law suite

My car started on fire while parked Infront of my house ..back in October..2021 it was a total loss ..it started by the inner windshield area into the inside compartment ..I reported to KIA..they were going to investigate it .. unfortunately the car isn't in salvage area .anymore . so now what happens next .??hope get a replacement!!!!!!
