Next time will opt for 25% only on sweetness or 0. Crisp plum frostie & sunright fruit tea was good but adding in brown sugar boba and honey boba on the later really made our drinks super sweet. So either zero sugar on the drink or do not add boba.

The tea itself was pretty good. BUT 1. They made us wear masks while we're already past the mandate 2. we have to do a self order! ( And they still have a top jar?!) 3. There's absolutely no seating ... No, definitely not coming back as there are a lot of other choices around with great quality tea and service as well.

Got a Red Bean Matcha Frostie. The environment was clean and you could self-order via kiosk. The takeout bag was neatly packaged and had my name written on it. Drinks were fantastic, had a great aesthetic and were perfectly sweetened, unlike most other places where reduced sweet is required.

Finally this plaza has one and only one tea studio. The line is crazily long and we waited for about 10 minutes. This place has cute interior decoration with a yellow color tone. The staff all wear yellow uniform as well. There are a few tables here and there for hanging out. I ordered a oolong Milk tea 75% sweet. It is definitely way too sweet for my taste so I’ll recommend 50% sweet in the future. Their standard cup is pretty big for the price which is good. To be improved, the restroom is pretty messy. There is no more hand soap and napkins are all over the floor.
