Never experienced such a terrible service! They will never return the security deposit until 3 months after tenants removing from the house. Even some tenants have to wait for the security deposit more than 1 year. And the deposits are always deducted for absurd reasons.

Rachel and DJ at the office are great! We recently had to deal with a tricky situation involving our lease, no fault of theirs. They were both right there handling the entire situation until it was resolved! Their determination, patience and professionalism was top notch! I am happy my son will be in good hands this year at Storrs! Thank you

The apartments themselves are nice, however it’s a nightmare to deal with the staff here. Maintenance takes days to come, it’s hard to get straightforward answers from the leasing office, and you might get charged the wrong amount for electricity. Don’t recommend this place!

I loved living at the Oaks because it is a perfect location. However, dealing with the office is a nightmare. They are so unorganized constantly. It is so difficult to get in contact with them and get the help you need. Their explanations are vague, and it honestly seems like they never know what they’re doing. The electric bills are off the chart, and we have constantly been double charged for things that we don’t need to pay. The apartments are so overpriced for the amount of space you get. They sent out the move-out instructions the day before the lease was terminated leaving us 0 time to do any of the things they asked because we had already turned in our keys. The only plus side to living in these apartments is the location and in-unit laundry services. Would not do this again and would not recommend living here to anyone unless you have a ton of money to blow.
