RUDE scheduling receptionist. She says that she has been working there for 17 years and she was nasty and hung up on me when I try to get information and schedule an appointment for an estimate. Now I read all the terrible reviews about them. I have a sizable job and they just lost tons of money because they have is terrible women that they have employed for 17 years who is not interested in new business. Good luck to them! There are plenty of other much better companies that would be happy to have an appreciate my business! When you’re spending a lot of money don’t spend it With a terrible business like this one

In general terms, this is probably one of the most difficult vendor to work with, and I'm not talking just about installing fences. The constant line of excuses and delays surpasses anything I have experienced so far in the post-COVID era. If you have no other choice when it comes to a local fence installer, prepare yourself for horrible communication and a total lack of professional responses from their sales and customer service. This company culture regarding servicing clients could be only compared to some awful sketches from Saturday Night Live. One STAR for answering my calls...occasionally.
