The customer sevice is fantastic but no matter how hard i push the key in the machine. Or the many times i use the kiosk some items are better then othes but usually i have to grind it down & polish the key myself to make it work in a lock almost everytime. I wish the laser or machine that takes a pcture of the cut would improve or do a better job.

Sadly, I did NOT receive my key in time. They sent me an email saying “do you like your key” but I never got it. So I tracked the package and it said the key was coming in 3 days! I believe they should have timed the emails correctly, but the key works great. The pattern I got was so vibrant and beautiful, so I gave it 4 stars.
