My 2013 just blew its engine out at 109,000 and turns out this car has a recall in the engine! They’re charging me $3,375 for a manifold!

My 2013 Optima had the engine go out due to the oil problem these engines have. I spent close to 6k on engine and repairs. I filed a claim to be reimbursed since KIA was sued. KIA said because I didn't have a knock sensor installed I would be getting $0. They won't provide proof that a notice was sent. I told them the address is wrong. It's been a business week and they won't return my message. Awful customer service that fits with this company.
