I have been a caregiver for IHSS before and went though all the process and orientation back in 2013-2014. patient recovered. Case# 0904304 for Ray Lorenzo. My question is do I have to go though the whole process again?????

No just get a client go to orientation. if its been awhile and your provider number is the same. That simple good luck.

You may or may not have to repeat a livescan. Usually, if it was done in Sacramento County after 2012 (we have some between 2009-2012, but some we don't) you normally don't have to repeat the live scan. If you haven't been paid in at least 365 days, you may need to repeat provider orientation, but as Brenda stated below, the provider number is still the same.
