Smooth, fast transactions today. Got window 3, lady was answering questions patiently. Second window for a different issue, a man at window 6 was awesome. He greeted me with name, very friendly attitude. I like this place around 10. It's spacious and some workers are super nice :)

Lol just had a terrifying experience with one of the employees named carla at window 5 this morning. Starts off by her asking me if Hawaii is america. And gets worse from there. I was her first customer of the day and she had already been agitated enough to turn off the mic on me for being concerned. Meaning silent treatment from a public servant trying to help my 93 year old patient on only ssi get MEDI - CAL. I have been going to the human assistance on florin rd for years and Carla is the worst employee I’ve encountered, ever. She rode in on her broom this morning.

They don’t pick up calls or help. What are they getting paid for? To sit around?

After looking for an hour and a half of help I Waited on the line for 40 minutes. When my call was finally answered and we started talking, she either hung up accidentally or the call was dropped. Either way I didn’t get a all back and after trying to call back numerous times they closed. So frustrating and useless for help I am desperately in need of.
