THEY ONLY DO BABY BIRTH CERTIFICATES THAT ARE BORN IN SACRAMENTO. SO you either have to go to downtown or the one on E. Stockton Blvd.

If you need a certified birth certificate, come here. If you’re expecting exceptional service…don’t bet on it. Get ready for the clerk to throw you papers to sign and your ID back. Very unprofessional behavior displayed here. But I got what I came here for.

Clearly the State doesn't care how this Office is being ran.. The same terrible clerks & the same terrible Customer Service STILL exists here! Like the other reviews both clerks were terrible. One of them didn't even look up!! The other guy had an Awful attitude & didn't say ANYTHING until we moved out the way to let these other guys rushing in the door behind us through! If you HAVE TO come here, fine! But, if possible, steer clear of this location! There IS others 😉

No you do not, you can walk in.
You must apply for one in whatever County you was born in online. It takes a couple weeks because it will have to be by flight. So since it's in Sacramento I'm assuming you can go to vital records at vital check.com They will locate your birth certificate and ship it to you.

No, birth certificates only. There is an Office of the Clerk Recorder located at 8239 East Stockton Blvd where you can get certified copies of marriage. Super fast and easy! They accept debit cards also.
