The Sacramento County District Attorney does not apply the law equally. They prosecute mentally ill , homeless people for trying to survive. Knowingly charging for Felony Burglary when when she was only speaking shelter and food. Incarcerated now for two months and no talk of plea bargain. This is wrong. She has no criminal record and the DA wants to label her a Felon and give her a strike. There was no theft or intent to cause harm to anyone. The DA is holding her another month till another hearing. Right to speedy trial. I think not. This is not justice. By the time she has to prove she's innocent she will already had spend six months in jail.

Was falsely charged with a DUI (I wasn't even driving the car) and it took them a year to drop the charges. When you try to get your forms filled out so you can get your license back they will just transfer you to other numbers then hang up on you.

File a report with the police and ask them to refer the complaint to the DA's Office.
What benefits ?
You have to pick up the reports from the arresting agency. The DA's Office can not issue report copies.
