Phone help line is useless. Has any one ever managed to contact them? I believe they don't pick up any calls intentionally. Twice they picked up and hung up, next time they did not pick up.

Never picked up so I just walked in and they were helpful.

Nope. Never responded to their text service either. I called and texted repeatedly because I had a virtual follow-up appt. that the doctor missed. No one ever called back.

They actually answer the phone calls, but you have to be very patient. Normally it takes me about 10-15 minutes before they answer my call. I suspect that it might be done intentionally to reduce the amount of calls. Regarding their online text service, this is definetly a useless thing as they have never responded me any single question.

If you want help you have to go in person. Any location will do. It's extremely frustrating. I got ahold of someone on the back end and they almost hung up on me. It's ridiculous.
