They have humane traps but they require a deposit. If your not a licensed rescue you have to get signatures of ALL residents in the area that they approve. I trapped a cat that was feral and injured. When I took it to them the girl at the front told me it's illegal to simply trap animals. Make sure you tell them what you are trying to do when you go to pick up a trap. If you live in a certain area (zip code) Stray Cat Alliance will set traps out for you. They will spay and neuter the cats but will return them back to where they were trapped. Be aware their are laws set in place to protect stray cats.
